The VIN number is a 17 digit number (letters and numbers)...so yours is not complete - I assume you have left some numbers off so "lurkers" on here can't clone a bike.
Put you "Full" VIN code into this VIN engine and it will tell you all you need to know bud: http://www.motoverse.com/tools/vin/honda.asp From memory I seem to think the 10th digit signifies year of manufacture.
