Strange that is, everyone seems to be full of praise for TM's parts service, what are you waiting for and where did you order it ?

Give Mike at TMUK a call, I've only ever needed one part for my TM and I had the part the day after I ordered it

As can any company / manufacturer be...

With my TM I went through In-Chains in Ringwood, they always had it in stock or had it for me the next day. Considering i replaced most simple parts of the bike - that was pretty good going!
